Glenstone Lodge Policies

Parking
Parking is available in our hotel parking lot, located off-street and available to guests complimentary.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made by 72  hours prior to the day of arrival. Reservations cancelled outside of these cancellation policies will be charged for the first night’s room plus tax.

Check-In Time
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee.

Guarantee
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pets
Glenstone Lodge does not allow pets.

Smoking
Our hotel is 100% smoke-free on all floors. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a penalty.

Reservations
Credit card guarantee, and one night plus tax deposit is required when making a reservation. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
